Today I want everyone in hatred to be disappointed, and I want everyone to feel the weight of what happened in Township battle. I was outraged with what I saw and experienced. I will not say, that I myself was not part of the problem, but I will say I will be part of the solution. To say the least, I feel a lot of shame today and I feel as though I am a failure of a leader.

Yes, it is true 141O betrayed us, it is also true the other guild had higher levels than us but to compensate for that we had nearly a full 20 minutes head start. Had we stayed together and been a team the previously mentioned problems would not have been such a significant problem.

I would like to say one of the things I really enjoy about hatred, is our Teamwork, I like that everyone knows where to be and when to be there and as the leader I try to make instructions as easy as possible to understand. It is not about winning or losing, I am not upset because we lost, I am upset because the reason we lost was not due to a lack of levels, a lack of ability, a lack of talent or anything of that nature. We were fully capable of winning but what we lacked was teamwork.

I want everyone to consider that, I said check the forums every two days. 30 % of our members are inactive on the forum, and a lot of people seem clueless as to what is written on the forum. I have a topic written, what to bring into Township battle, and when I say it in guild chat, people seem as though I am speaking french.

I gave very specific instructions with the idea that if I spelled the job of everyone single person out then there would be no problems. A lot of people I caught not once or twice but at least give or six times completely disregarding my instructions.

I don't think I need to call names, and I won't publicly demoralize anyone who doesn't deserve it, but I hope that this never again happens in Township, whether Minor or Major, and I hope that everyone can follow my next instructions :

On a side note : I would like to apologize to several of the members I may have (and probably did ) unfairly yell at or scold during the course of the TSB, especially saying things such as you guys are putting yourselves to shame. I have been Guild Master long enough to know that negative comments like that do not help the moral of the guild and I hope that it can be overlooked, I will refrain from those comments in the future.
